At Pulcher, we take pride in the craftsmanship of every garment. If your purchase doesn't feel like the perfect addition to your lifestyle, we’re here to make things right.

1. The "Reflection" Period

Take 2 days from the moment your package arrives to try your pieces on and ensure they’re exactly what you envisioned. If you need a change, just let us know within this window.

2. Keeping it Pristine

To ensure we can find a new home for returned items, we ask that they stay in their original "boutique" condition:

  • Unworn & Unwashed: No scents, marks, or alterations.
  • Tags Attached: Please keep all Pulcher tags and original packaging intact.
  • The Full Set: Include any matching accessories or special packaging that came with your order.

3. A Note on Final Sales

To maintain hygiene and bespoke standards, a few items are yours to keep:

  • Custom-made or personalized pieces.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or clearance.

4. Starting Your Return

We’ve kept the process simple so you can get back to your day:

  1. Visit the Portal: Head to pulcherr.com and enter your order number.
  2. Pick Your Path: Choose a direct exchange (for a new size or color) or a refund to your original payment method.
  3. Ship it Back: We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label. Just print, pack, and post!

5. What to Expect Next

  • Quick Turnaround: Once your item reaches our warehouse, we’ll process your request within 3–5 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Returns for exchanges or store credit are completely free. For refunds to your original payment method, a flat EGP 70 processing fee will be deducted.
  • Something Not Right? If your item arrived damaged or wasn't what you ordered, please email us at support@pulcherr.com immediately. We’ll fix it at no cost to you.
